Public Notice – Business Separation and Responsibility Clarification

Effective Date: 15 January 2026

Harbor Sourcing Inc. wishes to formally inform all website visitors, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders that the company has undergone a restructuring and separation of certain former team members.

Separation of Operations

As of 15 January 2026, certain former team members have parted ways with Harbor Sourcing Inc. and have commenced operations under a new, independent entity.

New entity is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Harbor Sourcing Inc. in any capacity.

Responsibility for Prior Business Activities

Any business engagements, contracts, representations, commitments, deliverables, invoices, or communications entered into, promised, or undertaken prior to 15 January 2026 by the departing team members shall be the sole responsibility of the new company and/or the individuals involved, and not Harbor Sourcing Inc., unless expressly documented otherwise in writing by Harbor Sourcing Inc.

Harbor Sourcing Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for:

  • Services promised or delivered by the departing team members
  • Ongoing or unresolved matters initiated by them
  • Any representations made using prior email addresses, personal contacts, or informal communications
