1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Harbor Sourcing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to, web development, SEO, social media management, graphic design, and other digital services as defined in the project agreement or proposal. A detailed scope of work will be provided before the commencement of any project.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as quoted in your agreed package or custom proposal.

All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated.

We lock in the price for the duration of the contract (see our pricing policy)

Inflation-related adjustments may apply with prior notice.

4. Revisions and Change Requests

Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as stated in their package or agreement. Additional changes may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content, and approvals required to complete the project on schedule. Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines and project outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. However, Harbor Sourcing retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential information shared with us during the course of the project, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Harbor Sourcing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed and approved up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

Applicable laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. SMS Support

  • Purpose: SMS is used only to answer customer questions and provide service-related assistance.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on inquiries.
  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel anytime by replying STOP. After STOP, you will not receive further messages. To rejoin, reply START.
  • Help: For help, reply HELP or contact us at Sales@HarborSourcing.ca or +1 365-645-7470 ext. 1.
  • Privacy: Your mobile number and consent will only be used for Harbor Sourcing Support and will not be shared with third parties.
Public Notice – Business Separation and Responsibility Clarification

Effective Date: 15 January 2026

Harbor Sourcing Inc. wishes to formally inform all website visitors, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders that the company has undergone a restructuring and separation of certain former team members.

Separation of Operations

As of 15 January 2026, certain former team members have parted ways with Harbor Sourcing Inc. and have commenced operations under a new, independent entity.

New entity is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Harbor Sourcing Inc. in any capacity.

Responsibility for Prior Business Activities

Any business engagements, contracts, representations, commitments, deliverables, invoices, or communications entered into, promised, or undertaken prior to 15 January 2026 by the departing team members shall be the sole responsibility of the new company and/or the individuals involved, and not Harbor Sourcing Inc., unless expressly documented otherwise in writing by Harbor Sourcing Inc.

Harbor Sourcing Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for:

  • Services promised or delivered by the departing team members
  • Ongoing or unresolved matters initiated by them
  • Any representations made using prior email addresses, personal contacts, or informal communications
  • Any use of branding, materials, or representations made without authorization after the separation date

Current Team and Authorized Representatives

The following individuals are no longer associated with Harbor Sourcing Inc. and are not authorized to represent, bind, or act on behalf of the company in any manner:

  • Umer Shaikh
  • Waqar
  • Saif

Any communications, proposals, invoices, or agreements issued by these individuals after the effective date should be directed to the new company listed above.

Verification and Due Diligence

All clients, partners, and third parties are encouraged to:

  • Independently verify the legal entity they are contracting with
  • Confirm the identity, authority, and domain/email source of any representative
  • Ensure that agreements clearly identify the correct legal entity

Harbor Sourcing Inc. recommends that stakeholders conduct their own due diligence when engaging with any new or former associates.

No Assumption of Liability

Nothing in this notice shall be construed as an assumption of liability, waiver of rights, or acknowledgment of responsibility by Harbor Sourcing Inc. for actions taken by former team members, either before or after the effective date.
